Current clients have undivided attention for the duration of their project. New work will be constrained to a level that allows us to provide a service exclusive to contracted client needs. On occasions this may mean a delay before we can accept new work, and trust that this will be understood.

Charges
We do not set out to deliver the cheapest service. In comparison with some, our charges will seem higher.
Prospective clients should bear in mind however, that unlike those who subsequently charge "extras", we aim to provide an inclusive charge, and to produce what we call the "Oh yes" response. You will hear it when you ask the question "Does the price you gave me include.......?"
